The space is 15 sqm, basically a studio in a five star location with a five star view (don´t take my word for it, read the reviews!) on the first floor.

The entire little studio is at your disposal of course

I won´t be there in person but the housekeeper is on standby if need be.

Sao Vicente is a part of Alfama - the most characteristic and charming neighborhood of Lisbon

The most famous public transport, the tramline 28, stops just 200 metres from flat!

Small flat, around 15 sqm, so not for very big people. The closest a car/taxi/Uber can go is 70 metres (but it is downhill and paved so easy to do with a trolley).

Extra person fee is calculated for whole booking period.

Flat is located on the first floor.

Please note that this is a self-catered and self check-in flat. This means that it is important that

you come prepared - that you can find the address (you will be provided with a very comprehensive travel

doc with exact geo-coordinates), that you have brought the code, and that you open the right box, and go to the right flat.

If you write email/Airbnb message, please allow 9-10 hours for answers. In case you need faster replies please use emergency number (which you will also receive - in fact you will receive more than one).
